Owner of a modern coin business that employs 24 people full time and a hand full of part timers.

NOW.... how does that translate? Well..... in the course of business I often find myself acting as a:

Psychiatrist (unlicensed but many years of experience)
    Numismatist
    Negotiator
    Marketing Specialist
    Buyer of many, many lunches
    Professional Email Sender
    Good Will Ambassador
    Situational Fireman
Common Sense Officer ("Common sense is not so common" boy that is soooo true.)
    Appraiser
    Professional Grader
Accounting Dummy Relying Heavily on Others
    Quantum Inventory Physics Engineer
    Competition Analyst
    Google Guy
    eBay Instructor and Coach
Psychiatrist (I thought this one was worth mentioning twice)
    Talent Scout
    B.S. Decoder
    Good Guy
    Tough Guy
    Motivational Speaker
    Politician
    Spotted 70 eradicator
    Writer
    Editor in Chief
Fashion Police (t-shirts and flip flops are AOK most of the time)

This is a partial listing of hats that I wear each day. Owning and managing a business isn't easy.
Add to that a coin business and the people that are generally found therein and you have a job that while
rewarding is anything but easy. Sorry for the rant.
