Carr Peace Dollars Okay on eBay Nowadays?

Hi folks,
I was just wondering if anyone has a clear answer on whether Carr material can be listed now on eBay without problems? Between the original drama surrounding the coins and the recent banning of "Replicas" I just wanted to check before getting myself into some sort of trouble with eBay.

here's the category they are in:
Coins & Paper Money > Exonumia > Fantasy Issue Coins
just call them tribute pieces...
I wasn't sure it was OK to even talk about them here

There were 3 on eBay on the link provided in another post on this thread. One was BIN for $599. Another was BIN for $489. and a third was at $192 after 3 bids. Other than that I don't know.

Thanks but I was wondering about completed sales. They seem to be going up in value. I bought two when they first came out and was curious as to what they were worth.
