Anyone recognize this old photo "slab" Morgan?

I've never seen one of these before. The morgan is nice and accurately graded in my opinion.

It's really close - I can see it as a 65. Keep in mind, I'm shooting through plastic.

1986 grading was about as sloppy as it got. ANACS papers were the only ones of that era that were even close to reality.
Can you tell for certain it is the same coin as the photo?
