Anyone recognize this old photo "slab" Morgan?

I've never seen one of these before. The morgan is nice and accurately graded in my opinion.

    I'm not sure that is a 65. It looks 64 max?

    It's really close - I can see it as a 65. Keep in mind, I'm shooting through plastic.

    looks 65 to me, thats a cool looking photo slab for the slab/photo cert. collector.

    I have never heard of it before, and the company is not listed in Conder101's book.

    I have one for my 1922 Peace dollar in MS 65 if I remember correctly. Very unusual. Posted it here before, but replies were all negative. Good luck!

    The Clal Center was an office building constructed in the 1970's that was supposedly part of a planned revitalization program for Jerusalem. The plan failed, and the building now is idle. The company named on your certificate was probably located there for logistical convenience of World coin submissions. The U.S. coins were to be submitted to the U.S. location in California. Don't know who the principals of ICR Ltd. were, but it can probably be ascertained quickly.

    One thing I like about these early slabbing companies is that most had a picture to go along with it.

    Might be a tad short of a 65.
    Maybe a 64 +. It's a nice

    i remember seeing the slab many years ago but cant remember the name of it. its kinda like the old anacs slabs with a photo. its been 30 years since ive seen one as well.

    Maybe 64ish. But a 63 looks far more likely than a 65 grade.

    1986 grading was about as sloppy as it got. ANACS papers were the only ones of that era that were even close to reality.

    That's cool... the two together would make a nice pair. It looks like the photo on your peace dollar is a bit washed out.
    Can you tell for certain it is the same coin as the photo?

    The coin's photo is VERY washed out. The coin's all there. Probably make a 66 now.
