The Clal Center was an office building constructed in the 1970's that was supposedly part of a planned revitalization program for Jerusalem. The plan failed, and the building now is idle. The company named on your certificate was probably located there for logistical convenience of World coin submissions. The U.S. coins were to be submitted to the U.S. location in California. Don't know who the principals of ICR Ltd. were, but it can probably be ascertained quickly.

i remember seeing the slab many years ago but cant remember the name of it. its kinda like the old anacs slabs with a photo. its been 30 years since ive seen one as well.
That's cool... the two together would make a nice pair. It looks like the photo on your peace dollar is a bit washed out. Can you tell for certain it is the same coin as the photo?

1986 grading was about as sloppy as it got. ANACS papers were the only ones of that era that were even close to reality.
Can you tell for certain it is the same coin as the photo?
