.....so I asked my Cardiologist if he was a Numismatist this morning....

He seemed puzzled and said "oh a coin collector? No, never was interested in them" ~~~~~~ to which I simply replied " too bad"

He's only interested in collecting coin in a different way. Modern, and lots of 'em.
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.

Today, the average interventional cardiologist makes well north of $1,000 PER DAY. Putting that many Benjamins in my wallet makes it fat enough that it's uncomfortable to sit on.
What's my point? I dunno. It would be nice to have some non-electronic means of carrying a day's wage (if you're a cardiologist).

That's probably a good thing, otherwise I would get a LOT more emails than I already do.

Good thing!
Other wise dipped out brilliant Morgan dollars would cost much more!

Bryce M, just to get this really updated, try $3,000 per day as of 20 years ago around 1990 for interventionist cardiologist, i.e. $1MM annually back then.
Although to keep it in perspective most of them don't start their career until their early 30's due to the extensive education needed, and have a 20 year career. Still lots and lots of Benjamins though!

Good point. The more participants, the higher the demand and hence, higher prices.

Mine said I was dumb for collecting coins...I asked for a 2nd opinion and he told me I was ugly too.
