Mike ... I agree. Are those print dots or is it the scanner? (I hope the scanner) CONGRATS!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Damn now I am in a pack ripping mood, which never happens unless it's modern. I have loads of 70's packs from our breaks, none have really been opened. I will rip 4 75 Mini's from 70stoppsfanatic's box breaks a few months back...
Hey Mike ... PUT .... the scotch ... down ... and ....walk away ... from the packs! LOL

Those minis are bound to yield some blazers if they're from that break...go for it!
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Very nice card. Congratulations. Looks like a lock to be an 8 - 8.5. Still, this card in even an 8 holder would be a very nice addition to any collection.

Feel like ripping some packs. Was great having Mark cincyredlegs over today. Our kids got a chance to play together. Mark was able to see a bit of my collection and such.
So anyway first will be a 2001 Bowman Chrome box. Purchased a couple of years ago. We'll see if anything good is inside...
First 7 packs in out of 24, these are the best so far... 3 Refractors and a Bonds.

Mike wasn't kidding that he had shipping boxes full of un-opened product from past rips........cellos, wax, racks. I was like a kid in a candy store. CPA Mike, you would have been proud, we didn't open the first thing.
BTW, my kids are exhausted. Besides the all day adventures, topping it off with a hour soccer practice just wiped them both out. The ninty degree temp today didn't help either.
I had read that the early 2001 bowman chrome boxes had pujols as a redemption, but the later boxes that went out had the actual card in boxes. Can anyone confirm with certainty one way or the other? Thanks!
I have twelve Sports Cards videos on youtube w/ over 75,000 views in total!! Vintage cards like 1951 Mantle, 33 Goudey Ruth, T206 Cobb, etc (copy and paste link below):
I had to get supplies, card savers, hard cases, etc. I always buy all my supplies from my local card shop. Actually in 4 years of being back into cards I've never bought supplies on EBay. Maybe a few things at a show or the National, but I like to think I'm helping the local guy stay in business.
So anyway James one of the owners gave me an insane deal on one of these cases. Just $1,325. They are going for $1500-$1600 on EBay. So thanks to him.

8.5 if not 9
WTB: PSA 1 - PSA 3 Centered, High Eye Appeal 1950's Mantle
A lot of the packs had cards looking like the Rhoden RC.

Congrats on the Gretzky Mike.

I had my money on Trent getting that Gretzky pack though. I was hoping he would send me a pack for my birthday.

This was seriously the best centered card of the pack!
"Live everyday, don't throw it away"
There was nothing to speak of in the pack, off center, chipping along the bottom and lot's of black smear marks on several cards.
Next up 1974 Topps Pack...

I *REALLY* doubt that happens.
It would be the immaculate conception of the baseball card world if it did.
Only an idiot would have a message board signature.
<< <i><< If Albert comes out of this box I will buy it right now >> >>
Pretty sure the Pujols was a send in redemption, so pulling one would truly be a miracle.

Exactly. I bet some hardcore Pujols collectors would still want the redemption card itself.
I'll probably post a case rip of 2011 National Treasures Football tomorrow.
