GTG Bust...and an honest question....grade revealed in first post.

I recently purchased the following coin, would you like to try your hand at guessing the grade. It is certified by our wonderful hosts.
Now for the question, could one reasonably expect to see luster on a coin in this grade range? Most of the time people try to pass reflectivity from a previously cleaned surface...that has retoned as luster when dealing in this grade range...but I really think I see luster. Am I crazy to think that it's even possible on a coin in this grade? Please give me input!

As for your question, I think it depends on what you define as luster.
If you determine luster as "mint frost" - then no, IMO the probability would be slim and none on that coin, even in the most recessed of areas
If you look at luster that as the "flow lines" caused by the minting process (which then projects lusterous reflectivity from protected regions of the surface) - then yes, quite possible and I would look and somewhat expect it on a coin like that

...and I'd like to add I could see it as an XF, but don't tell my shrink.

Yes, you can see luster in protected areas on a coin in VF. But I have never seen a VF where the unprotected areas show any luster. If you are referring to the "shiny" area above Liberty from around K-11 to K-12, I think that is the result of an old cleaning.
Nonetheless, the coin is REALLY nice!

The grade is PCGS VF20...which floored me when I saw it! THAT kind of obverse on a 20! I've seen XF's that aren't really much better. The reverse is probably not much better than a 20...maybe a 25, but I believe the obverse has to be a 30. So I really feel it should be in the 25-30 range, at 30 it would be maxed out, really it's probably a 28!
It will stay in the current holder fyi.
