50 years have passed. Post a coin from 1962.
No particular reason or anything... just that 50 years ago was 1962, so please post a coin from that year...

Edited to add. OMG!!!! did I look at this wrong. I'll try and find a '62.
Edited a second time - I don't have anything in Photo Bucket from '62. Oh well 50 years, 60 years, at my age there is very little difference.

The name is LEE!
But I would have sworn SkyMan you would have added that of that year John Glenn became the fifth person in space, the third American in space and the first American to orbit the Earth, aboard Friendship 7 on February 20, 1962, on the Mercury-Atlas 6 mission, circling the globe three times during a flight lasting 4 hours, 55 minutes, and 23 seconds.

Enough to make my own thread, but it's not my birthday yet
On the day I was born, these were mostly common "essentially worthless" 5 year old coins...
Now I feel old!
And PS...I always liked the Franklin half...while others consider it boring or too plain, I always thought it had its charms. Funny that the series is experiencing a bit of a resurgence as it gets older.
