You must live in a low-tax state. I was happy to see premium just below $3.70 last weekend. image

In 2006 it cost the value of 2 silver quarters to buy one gallon of gas. Five years later, one silver quarter buys almost 2 gallons of gas.

Would they sticker it with that black line across Liberty's face? That's a major distraction.

Filled up at a Love's truck stop outside of Dallas last week while visiting some family for Thanksgiving. There it was only $2.97/gal for regular!!! Of course, getting a flat tire on the rental car quickly took away my excitement!

Got back to SoCal and had to fill my car and it was $4.29/gal (premium)... lame!!!!!!!

somewhere i read a politician had been quoted as saying... "america is ready for gas at $4 a gallon"...... i believe america is "ready" for the constant screwing to let up a little.
regardless of how many posts I have, I don't consider myself an "expert" at anything

    CA $4.30

I have always thought that we need Hydrogen powered cars with an Unbreakable fuel tank.

Use solar power to release the Hydrogen from water then fill up your tank with Hydrogen and water comes out your tailpipe or into a holding tank

Seems way to simple a solution, but BIG OIL will NEVER let this happen.

For Premium here its between 3.779 a gal to 4.299 a gal. so yeah not getting any cheaper. Dont fear everyone my company gave me my raise 3 months late this year. a whopping 14 cent raise and Im not getting retro pay for the 3 months they missed ( they say be happy you got a raise ). So think be happy you got a 14 cent raise when gas went up what 25 cents in a month.
