This seller decided to send his cards to BGS. In his prior listings he made the statement that the cards would come in higher using PSA and that BGS was tougher.
He decided to experiment and crack out a few and here are the results in PSA slabs with their prior BGS slabs next to them. >>
I want to add a low grade Hogan RC to my collection...I'm going to follow this PSA 4 and see if I can get it for a reasonable price. Thanks for the heads up Dpeck
I am guessing this either has a flattened corner or a surface wrinkle. If you are looking for a low grade copy this looks like a nice one to consider Patrick.

It looks worse in a scan but this is an issue that can be found on quite a few Hogan's.
There is an uncut sheet from the set on EBAY and it has it too.
A number of the cards from the sets have similar issues and it may be the reason none of the PSA 9's have been awarded the grade of a 10.
