Their owner/gm has been beating them for fifteen years. At their best they've been a team with some star power but no real depth. A few flashy parts but no real identity (unless the strippers in their stadium are their identity).
Most Cowboys fans overrate their players due to their name recognition. They may be the most over-hyped team in the history of sports. They're even worse than Tebow.
They need someone at the top who can not only recognize talent but recognize how it all fits together, coaching and schemes included.
Tony Romo did not cover Victor Cruz very well and he can't tackle much either. He also doesn't block very which lead to his six sacks. What a bum. Other then that the Cowboys should have won by 20. MJ
