With such a rocky day in the markets, both stock and PM, what are your prognostications for tomorrow?

Will is be more of the same?
Will markets rebound as people buy the dip?
Will it be flat?
Something else?

    Paper holders were able to exit quickly, physical holders not so lucky. Physical holders have to pretty much grin and bear it.

    I think it'll be flat tomorrow because it's Friday. Will wait until October to rebound a bit and let everyone's panties get out of a wad.


    Edited to add: The above statement coming from someone who just bought a bunch last week and yesterday. image Can't win 'em all.

    With a drop like today...the bottom feeders will be out in force. It should be an up date tomorrow.

    I bought a green monster box of Silver Eagles, and a 1 ozer Platinum Eagle in 2008, just before silver went from $21 to $9.

    I've nibbled at some gold in the past 2 weeks.

    I guess I should fess up and take some responsibility here.image

    The good news, for tomorrow - is that didn't do more than nibble.

    I like to get DC's 2011 1,000 Amero 1 oz gold but it's too pricey at $2,300+. Beautiful design though.

    For metals I say flat-ish. Ups and down to make money all day.

    Stocks...dunno, maybe scared money until 2pm, flat/even, then some kind of move or hold to finish.

    I predict with an 80% degree of certainty that the Sun will rise in the morning.

    After that, all bets are off.

    Metals are down because the dollar is skyrocketing. Pretty soon Congress will do something stupid and the dollar will fall again. Chill. I'm still in my biggest single gold purchase at $410 an ounce.

    I don't expect the Boyz to let the dollar remain strong. Up until now they have been fighting to be at the bottom.
