The buffalo doesn't stand up / pop up? The eyes don't light up?
Someone is going to feel cheated!!!!!
Just kidding
I guess the strict limit of 5 is suppose to give the impression that it's rare and valuable?
I wouldn't call it a scam, borderline scam, fishing for a dope that doesn't read it through.
They sure do refer to the real deal often in the video, and the price of gold.
What is 14mg of gold worth? 14 mg = 0.014 g of pure gold, 2221 of these would equal
31.1 grams, or one troy oz. of pure gold, costing $22098.95
I always say that you can't have too much .999 gold leaf.
How often does a gold retailer guarantee price for 7 days? They "must" be the good guys!

Bull chips.
<< <i>I'm gonna work around the strict limit of 5 by ordering some from relatives out of state. Figure I'll get 20! >>
Where there's a will there's a way.
I'm thinking I'll be needing at least 100 of these treasures.
100 would only net you 1.4 grams of gold, for $1000 dollars
I'll sell you a 1 gram bar for $500, 50% savings
I tried to tell her that people are easily duped and it happens all the time, but she just could not accept it. Cheers, RickO
No doubt many will get duped, but you have to read the fine print.
I don't know why they even bother with the 14 mg of gold.
Why not not just use gold colored spray paint.?
<< <i>I think the Casey Anthony Jurors all think this is a fantastic deal and all have ordered their five. >>
So true.

They do have the word COPY on the coin... but it is located on the Indian braid, so does not stand out in the advertisement.
May be legal, but definitely very deceptive. They open the ad by showing the real deal, and talking about how valuable it now is, and how the Mint had to stop minting them. Then, they go into their special offering..... ......that you can now obtain. No doubt in my mind that many will be thinking it is the real deal.... even though logic dictates otherwise.
$50 coin for $9.95? - if someone wants to be uneducated and stupid besides, who can stop them from being that?
clad - if someone doesn't know what clad means, maybe they should attempt to find out.
recreates the original .9999 gold coin? no, it doesn't, and the government should start paying attention. They aren't authorized to recreate US coinage, are they? And if it recreates it, it should be made entirely of .9999 gold. I see fraud here.
If AG Holder paid half as much attention to his job as he does to the politics of his boss, he'd have slapped these guys with an injunction about 5 minutes after these ads came out. But he doesn't, and he didn't, and he won't.
I knew it would happen.
Once they've found out they've been burned, they might not ever go back to gold in any form.
Maybe this kind of negative sentiment for gold is a good thing in the eyes of the US AG? The govt would probably prefer that citizens spend their money on fake gold and other
non-bullion collectibles/keepsakes than the real thing. At least this way they aren't bidding up the price of real commodities and critical consumables. The govt is afraid of real
gold and silver in the hands of the people. As long as they consume and contribute to GDP, and do that by not buying real bullion, all is right. Then again, they'd probably prefer
that those buyers of 14 mg of gold buffs put it in TBonds or the Stock Market. But since they had a desire to put it into something gold, they picked the govt's #1 choice (ie fools
gold).....

Nice post, Comrade!
"Today the National Collector's Mint announces a special limited release of 2852 Morgan Silver Dollars 90-133 years old at $49.00 each. Several prominent national dealers charge from $10 to $20 more for a comparable Morgan Silver Dollar."

They don't mention over 1 million of these were included in the Treasury release of the 60's.
