I cannot find any info about this round, Help?

One side of the coin looks to be gold or copper plated with a picture of an Indian chief and the master sergeant symbol. On this side the round says "Presented by the senior executive for enlisted matters" and "Chief Master Sergent".

The other side says "Secretrary of the Air Force" and "Acquisition". It has the head of a bald eagle with flames from a fire below the head of the eagle. Below the flames it says SAF/ AQ.

Any info on this. I have searched everywhere online and cannot find anything. Thanks!

Most are brass with or without silver or gold plating. They are presented by someone in authority for a special favor or good performance. They are privately made with designs that are specifically related to the presenting organization.
