Silver Eagles

I have added pictures that he sent me. They appear to be Unc. they are raw not graded and does not have the 95W. I know the pictures are not the greatest. What should I pay for these?

  • Anything more than spot + $3.00/ coin would be a waste of money. I know the 1996 is a "key", so perhaps you could offer spot + $15 on that one.

$29.75 each Add three bucks more to the total if they fuss about the '96.

That's more than moat B&Ms willl offer. Leaves you room to make a few $$

I recently bought a partial set of maples in a Dansco folder just like that. I've never seen a Dansco album before. Is there any way to remove the coins without tearing apart the pages? And are the pages reusable?

The pages are indeed reusable. Carefully side the plastic sheet covering the coins to the right to remove the coins.

ASE silver bullion rounds are sold as bullion by the Mint to Authorized Wholesalers at silver spot + a small premium.
BTW the 95W was a proof coin. Check for Mint Marks. If you have any ASE's with a "W" or P mint mark, they are the collectors version & not the common bullion version.

Just realized the last ASE's I bought were 2008's. I have a 2010 that I got for free, but 08 was the last I picked up.

Ah I see now, thank you very much. Somehow I never noticed that the plastic wasn't stationary.

Just a dumb question.....but how did you figure the coins got into the album in the first place??

I've been collecting for years and have never seen nor used a Dansco album. Based on the corners of the cardboard pages it looked like they had been adhered/glued together (like the old style 2x2 cardboard adhesive holders). The corners of the pages were a bit dog-eared like they had been lifted/re-adhered multiple times.
