I'm leaving for a sober house-party in a few minutes. We all get together in the boonies at a couple's Log Cabin and share food, friendship and some laughs till Midnight when the cannon goes off and the bonfire gets lit!!! Hopefully all the Forum Membership will make wise choices tonight so we can continue doing what we do here at this site and around the World with the Hobby of Kings into the New Year. The year 2010 ended sadly for us, lets please not start 2011 off with a tragedy. No matter how we feel about each other we are each invaluable. Think about it, if any two of us were the same one would be unneccesary!!

Just got home from picking my youngest up from the party she was attending. Told her to call me for a ride home if she had too much to drink.
I didn't want her to hurt herself or someone else. That wouldn't be a good start to the new year.

My ex's husband is a DUI unit cop and he told me that business is actually slower on NYE because DDs are so common and people actually plan for the event and someone KNOWS they need to be sober. Let's all try to have that mentality all year long!
