Alright so obviously this is a complete shot in the dark for everyone- The one hint that I can give you is I don't believe it was a perfect 10, but extremely close to it- it was in a screwdown for the better part of 30 years.
Guess each of the four categories for Beckett and the overall grade- I'll post it when I get it (or Monday evening, whichever comes first) And whoever is closest gets one of my packs!

Looks like the newer holders do not have sub grades, so whoever's initial guess (so average of subgrades and actual grade) I guess will be the winner, seems fair because if you guess 8 (overall), 8, 8, 8.5 8 you are closer than 8 (overall) 7.5 8 8.5 8

You can have "kind" or you can have "honest". Which do you prefer? Lets not forget that you are trying to sell 75 items at $15 each currently in your BST posting. Linking that posting to a "give-a-way" makes it more of a (not so clever) marketing ploy than a true give-a-way. If you want to do a give-a-way posting, im sure most people appreciate that. If you are trying to drive sales under the disguise of a "give-a-way" then expect to be called on it.

I didn't scan the card before I sent it in sorry- I'll be happy to take a picture with my name on it as soon as I get it back (did 2 day shipping). Sorry that I like to post things without thinking them through- seemed to work pretty well as it did in my head before you came in here. If you want me off these forums tell me, don't sit here flaming my thread for reasons I don't even know.
And obviously I knew the "correct" forum to sell my packs because it is labeled "sell". This one seemed the place to do this because there are other forums for giveaways such as this

The links you provided were of offers to simply give items away....no strings attached with the exception of cost to ship. Your "contest" is an obvious attempt to generate interest in something you are selling. The fact that you have decided to run a "guess the grade" contest in which there is no photo to even guess from is further evidence of your desperation to get people to look at what you are selling.....you have convienently provided a link to your BST ad. In other words, your "contest" isnt even a contest.....but more of a raffle drawing. A contest requires some degree of skill.....otherwise its no longer considered a contest, but rather a gamble. Good luck with your sales.

And who do you think owns PSA? How many of those "mystery packs" have you sold so far on the BST by the way? I find it humorous that so many are willing to guess the grade of a card they cant even see just to try to get something for free....yet few people will actually spend the $15 to buy one of these from you. Do you also find that to be humorous as well?
I also don't see how "who owns psa" has anything to do with anything I've said... Beckett charges per card and you don't have to pay to have an account and to my knowledge you have to pay per year for psa along with the fees
