I just got my 2010 silver proof set

and I have to say that the Quarters are absolutely SPECTACULAR in proof. I got a great set that looks pretty much perfect. Frosty cameo on icey black mirror fields.

cheap numismatic thrills.

BIG Thumbs up to the mint!

I buy my sets from a local dealer who lets me go through his stock and put together the pieces. From his stock some of the presidential dollars were badly spotted. On one set Pierce looked like he had acne and in another set Buchanan was suffering from the same condition. I would not have been pleased if I had ordered only one set and that was what I received. On others there were shinny spots in the frosted areas on the portraits.

I don’t expect the mint to deliver PR-70 coins for all of them, but I would expect at least PR-67 or 68, and from I’ve seen this year on the clad and silver sets that was not the case, at least from what my dealer received.

Mine look very nice and Yellowstone is my favorite.

I like the parks quarters better than the state quarters, so far.
