That's an old picture OPA - all of the blue support bars are gone now. I drive by that everyday when taking my kids to school. Well, not directly by it, but it is in direct line of sight - that thing is massive. The High Roller Observation Wheel, currently the largest in the world 550 ft - beating the Singapore Flyer @541 and the paltry London Eye @ 443.
