    I never cared very much for Houshmandzadeh , as he always was a Ravens meness(sp?) . With his height and jumping ability , I can see him and Heap making some fantastic endzone effort to win a game.

    I wish Troy smith well. The 49'ers are possible a sleeper team and Troy may finally get his chance to glow.

    I'm not sure if they're under the radar as much. I listened to a radio program today and the Ravens got the most votes ( from ESPN ) for team most likely to win the Super bowl.

    Most likely doesn't equate to actually winning the super Bowl, but for the first time the Ravens are feeling some LUV!!!

    The Jets are picked by 2-1/2 but it doesn't matter.

    I'm so ready for this game. Two good defenses. Its going to be tough.

    Saw cold beer on the sidelines, was thirsty, ran a beer down and out! It was a hard hitting game and we will take the road win for what it is, A WIN! GO RAVENS!!!!

    Can't blame Keller. Kid was still woozy from the Ray Lewis hit.

    Love the run D. Love the way Carr covered. Like the way the new receivers played (if you can't have phenom WRs, choose experience and hands over youth and speed). Those were three of the things I was worried about coming into the game.

    Still worth worrying about: Flacco is still holding the ball too long, Heap still can't block a slight breeze, Yanda is an awesome RG but well below average at RT, Jameel McClain looked lost at times, Cam Cameron calls awful running plays at all the wrong times, kick/punt coverage team is still not very good, clock management/challenge execution is still shaky.

    I had this game marked as an "L" when the rosters came out so I'm pretty excited to get a win over "the Miami Heat of Football", ugly as it may have been.

    Ravens D was superb (as usual), but the offense was a bit shaky, especially Flacco. He should bounce back, though.

    I ready for some Raven smacking. The Ravens are picked by 2-1/2--3 points. If Palmer is on his game , the Bengals could be tough.

    I'd really like to see TJ catch the winning TD.

    This will be a tough game, will need to get the running game going, Flacco will need to make better passes than he did last week and we need to put pressure on Palmer. That being said Its time to go on Safari and hunt Bengals! Let loose the hunters! Suggs, Lewis and Johnson, and when the fear of the hunters is on them, then let loose THE NGATA. AS my Ravens friend Calaban said, ITS GAME DAY! Momma wants a new Bengal coat! GO RAVENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ouch !!!!

    Its very hard to win with that many turnovers. Hats off to the Bengels defense. They got the job done for sure.

    Flacco needs to get rid off the ball sooner , instead of holding it and throwing it away in the end.

    Not sure why anyone thinks Flacco is even an average football player yet. I liked our chances a lot better when it wasn't constantly 3rd and long.

    Good game by the Browns. They made it alot closer than it was supposed to be.

    I give credit to the league office for this victory as a different set of refs , to the Pittsburgh game , showed up. The normal set , had a different gig.

    Ravens picked by 7. Could be tough , but probably will not be.

    #1 pass vs #1 pass defense. No running game at all for Denver. Ravens are looking better. It could be a lond day for the Broncos.

    On the other hand , the game could be a Bronco breakout.----- NOTTTTTTTTTT

    Another big game this weekend on the road in New England. After big wins in Pittsburgh and at home against the Broncos, the NFL sends us to New England to do battle against Brady and company. I am sure they still remember the ass whooping we gave them in the playoffs last year on their home turf and Belichick is planning some diabolical scheme to get revenge. GOOD LUCK BILL!     Had them and let it get away! Hard fought game, offense still needs some work. Brady can not have time to sit back in the pocket and wait. Bills next week at home. We should be 5-2 at the break and as a Ravens fan Ill take that! Go Ravens! (Good game Pats see you in the Playoffs!)

    Got a win for the 10th anniversary of the 2000 SB team. Such a beautiful thing. Kind of felt like it was ten years ago with Ray and Ed playing like they did.

    pass interference call on Ward, late hit call on Harrison, hold call on Scott after a good gain, Mendenhall was very close to the goal line/if not at it and not called a td.

    As we all know, good things come to those who wait. For the Ravens the second half of he season starts Sunday and a big game with Miami is on the schedule. Flacco will need his A game and the Defense needs to get their act together and start protecting 4th qt leads. The Ravens control their destiny, If the Defense picks it up a notch and gets back to playing Ravens Football the rest of the league can start thinking about their golf game! This team could win out!     Wow --- 26-10 win. Troubling win as the score should've been much , much higher. The Ravens were 1 for 7 in the redzone. The normal set of refs showed up as a couple of the penalties called were poor , very poor.

    This was a team effort , with blown coverage by the Dolphins , led to a very nice fake punt (pass) by our punter. That as it turned out was the only time he was on the field to punt . He had NO punts on the day.

    A win is a win.

    Falcon's , Falcon's we want some Falcon's.

    Raven's are NOT favored in this one. Falcon's have won 13 straight at home. They have many good players.

    Another unbelievable tough loss! The Defense is having its problems protecting 4th qt leads.(Understatement!) If Ravens fans can take one good thing out of the game it would be that Flacco was able to put a miserable 1st half behind him and bring his team back (down by 13) against one of the elite teams in the league on their home turf. The Ravens have a team that can be Super Bowl Champs, or a team that will fall flat on its face, only the season will tell. GO RAVENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Score was pretty much what I was expecting , but the game was a lot closer than the score . Panthers wore out by games end.
