anyone know of 10 oz silver bars marked "SSH"?

saw it at a show yesterday, wondered who produced these.

was 10.40 oz, serial numbered, with S S H separately stamped within a spade/club shape

    I googled it and came up with only one possibility.... Russian Cyrillic Makers Mark...SSH ( S Shebanov )

    It might be one of those old pours done by obscure companies in the 70s-80s too. Got a pic of it? I might recognize it.
