Silver Bullion Rounds Struck in Error (many pics)

Here's some of my 1-Oz Silver bullion rounds that were struck in error that I'd like to share with the PM forum. I've always found errors intriguing so some years ago I decided to add bullion rounds and casino tokens that were struck in error into their own subsets as part of my collection. Even though there is no clear market price for these, I have acquired my pieces for about 1.5x spot, except for the dramatic 2-pc bonded planchet error which I paid quite a bit more for.
If anyone has more info on who are the specific refiners, assayers, minters, etc., that would be greatly appreciated.
By the way, my image taking is horrible and many pics contain yellow'ish tint that is not on the rounds. I have good photo equipment (except for lighting), but haven't taken the time yet to perfect my technique.
Oklahoma Federated Gold & Numismatics, Inc. - 2-Piece Bonded Planchet Error
U.S. Assay Office - Flip-over Double Struck Error
U.S. Assay Office - Off-Center Error
U.S. Assay Office - Off-Center Error
Alaska - Broadstruck w/Partial Collar Error
Silver Trade Unit (don't know actual minter, but has same Eagle/Flag as U.S. Assay Office obv) - Incomplete Planchet Error (weighs about 2grm less that full troy oz)
Parliament "Morgan" - Broadstruck Error
Parliament "Scales" - Off-Center Error
Parliament "Scales" - Broadstruck on T1 Planchet w/Partial Collar Error
Indian Head / Buffalo - Off-Center Error

They were privately minted using silver that was formerly stored
at the US San Francisco Assay Office. They were actually produced
by "Continental Coin" (see "CC" mint mark), a coin & bullion dealer.
PS:
Neat errors.
I've got a few similar errors on pieces that I have minted over the years.
But I don't release any of those.
