Props for a local shop and new purchase.

The wife and I made a special trip last Saturday out to Arlington Coin on Park Row in Arlington TX to see Jim and the guys. From the two coin shows I've been to their table is the only one I've purchased from. They are the type that actually acknowledges your presence and greets you as you stroll by. I loaded up my junk silver and duplicates to do some swapping and we were impressed once we walked in. Tons of PCGS and other certified items, all the supplies you could need, and boxes of raw gems (which is what I was looking for).
After getting my 'balance' to trade with I started picking out dates for my sets, including some Mercs and Walking Liberty halves. With plenty left in the bank we moved onto some type coins. The whole time Jim was quick to show me what I was looking for and even helped me make a few decisions while always cracking clever jokes. Anyways it was a very fun experience and I can't wait to get back out there.
1828 Half Cent with some nicks and pits, but my first half cent and I still like her.

First get the knowledge, then the coins.
