    Those puffy engelhards are kind of neat. I think they came between the poured ones and the struck ones? Sort of a transitional stage?

    They are my favorite type bar. I bought them off eBay for to much $ but the condition sold me.

    My Little Pile is Growing, Slowly but Surely. so far this week I added a 10 ouncer, 1 5 ouncer and four 1 ouncers and still have a few more 1 ouncers in the mail.

    Love everything you posted, but the Krugerrands are the best!

    Here are my newps for the week. My first onzas (I do prefer the Libertads, Weiss - maybe I should try the ones with the angel), first Engelhard bars (shame on me) and first AMark bars.

    I asked for any odd sized bars he had and he brought out of the back about a hundred fifty ounces. I knew from following threads here, that the Englehard London and the Homestake bars were special and had to work hard at not looking to be too excited.

    Does any one know anything about the HC 25.56 oz bar? It's strange that 25.56oz is exactly 795g to three places. Is there is any significance to 795g?

    I bought them last friday, are they still eligible for Metal Porn even though I got them today?!

    What do you think? I love these bars but had only one I paid $30 and one toned for a little less. I won an auction for 13 of them at a fair price. IMHO.

    I don't see any markings or SN that would be of any help. I bought it mostly for cover on the two kilo bars.
