(can i post this here? figured it'd be more appreciated in the PM forum)
90% - $131.20 face. $1700-ish delivered. (12.96x) - basically i'm looking to end up with 12.5 and cover shipping/paypal fees.
a check/MO can bring down the price, same with paypal's 'e-check'
i also have some proof platinum available (7 coins - 3.35 ozs), and a au/ms 1908 D no motto saint - just PM if you're interested
thank you

You may price your items however you feel but do know that you are high.
<< <i>but, but..... spot is 12.59x >>
but but..no body in their right mind pays spot for 90% silver coin...you should get takers at 11.5 x

If the entire lot was all mercs and walkers, I could see it selling at the OP's asking price. But for beat to hell roosies and Washingtons, I agree with your assesment.
11.5 would be a steal... i'd buy at that price all day long
now that i think about it, i'm raising the price to 14.1x
ha, thanks for your replies

I find the psychology surrounding premiums and discounts incredibly fascinating.
Knowledge is the enemy of fear

Do us all a favor and go "raise" your price in the PROPER forum.

<< <i>Wow, really tough crowd here. The OP does not know the price times face for 1.00 worth of 90%, and to tell you the truth, I don't either. Lets cut people a little slack and at least be polite. The rule all sale items be limited to one thread apparently may be a good one, but is not an official rule that I know of, not a whole lot of action in this forum anyway. Lets make friends, not enemies out of this great hobby. Thanks for letting me rant---------BigE >>
Price x face is simple. Take current silver spot price and multiply by .72
This thread is in the wrong place, and thats why we may seem to be a little "rough". The OP was made aware of this fact in the VERY FIRST response, yet 8 hours later, he is still pimping his wares here. The OP wont get any sympathy from me, and should get any from you either. He is KNOWINGLY violating the forum rules.
just... wow
Agreed!!!
I knew it would happen.
<< <i>edit: nevermind.. i'm *flabbergasted*
