Dunes 10oz

Has anyone seen this bar 10oz before? Someone is offering it to me, I quoted what I would pay but I am curious what the experts think. Picture isn't great...

Silver has this stamped:

DUNES HOTEL
25TH ANNIVERSARY
.999 PURE SILVER
10 TROY OZ

Card says this:


This silver bar was created
exclusively for the
Dunes Hotel and Country Club
for its 25th Anniversary celebration
in 1980. Only 200 were cast

The Dunes management certifies
that this metal is .999 pure silver.
It can also be authenticated by
Nevada Silver Refinery and LeBash
Metals of Newberry Park, California
