I predict a early season ending injury. Go Brewers!
I am a Yankee fan so I don't have a horse in this race, but Albert Pujols seems to be the exceptionally rare individual that deeply cares about his baseball job, his team, and most importantly those around him that have very little. His hands-on work with the less fortunate, with people who have Down's Syndrome, and the financial commitment he makes to better other people's existence is inspiring.
For that reason alone I hope he has an MVP year.
<< <i>Cool contest. Whatever one thinks of ardent Pujols supporters, I would hope that wouldn't affect how one regards the man himself. When I read the boards sometimes, it seems there is a population of folks that would love, for some odd reason, to see something "bad" come out about Pujols.

Good call. I just read the article about him in ESPN Magazine and see him in a light I previously had no idea existed. He seems to really care about helping others in need and is seemingly a good person. I don't see the need for hate being thrown his way.
