Opinion on 48 D Franklin --- it's mine now thanks to Bushmaster- update in hand now

Come across this 48 D franklin and it fits in my set --- fire away. I like the reverse.

Will it showed up today and the coin's color is much nicer then the pic show's --- nice green color. This coins fit's my set just fine. 9 more to go to finish this set.

It might be the picture, but I've never been a fan of modeled toning like this. This is the type of coin that I would avoid because of eye appeal issues.

I like it. In fact, I used to own it! It has nice green color in hand, which is always desireable.

Will after the " Bushmaster8" endorsement it's now mine. I think the price was right but with sky is falling crowd out there I sure the price was high.

    See here.

So you haven't seen it in hand yet Dan? I warn you, though the toning is unique, it has about the largest obv gashes I have ever seen on an MS65 coin.

Nice coin, saw it on TT but (no offense) ugly splotchy toning that looks to be hiding some marks. And the slab looks like it's been kicking around from dealer to dealer for a while.

The look is not really my cup of tea, HOWEVER,

<< <i>... It has nice green color in hand... >>

That's kind of what I was looking at. Green is ALWAYS a tougher color on Franklins (barring D mints from 1957-8)... so a nice pickup for the date/mm.
