Are there any good web sites out there for Varieties of 1964-1969 Kennedy Half Dollars?


Getting time to sell and I don't want sell anything good....

Well I usually look at L & C coins web site as they have many varities listed.

I know of none.

My feeling with the Kennedy's is that if you cannot tell its a doubled die by looking at the motto, then its probably not very significant. The same is true with the DDR coins.

There are about 8 RPM's for the 64-d. Some are obvious while others require looking for hints of the D.
There is an RPM for the 68's I believe but this is an intuitively obvious RPM.
The 64-D's are also loaded with DDO coins and some QDO coins.

Your best bet is to pick out the obvious DDO or DDR coins and just sell the rest. Kennedy's can be tough.

Check out conecaonline.org and look under Variety Master Listing on the left side of the page.
They have all of the known Kennedy DDO's, and DDR's listed.
I have found it very useful at times.
