There was a Colorado coin firm in the middle of the Noe affair and it would not surprise me if NGE was a significant contributor to the Ohio Coin Fund. If that's the case, there could still be issues left over from that case.
In a recent article in the "Tampa Bay Business Journal", information was reported concerning Gainesville Coins and its relationship with NGE (stemming from recent bankruptcy court hearings). I mention this only because I had previously quoted management of Gainesville from its comments on CCE. Anyone interested in the Gainesville issues should consult with the recent TBBJ article fror further information.

<< <i>Here is a follow up article with more info, it sounds like 50 million in debts did them in.

From the article:
"Several business associates in Colorado sued the company for unpaid debts in 2008"
Does anyone here know who those Colorado "associates" are ?
PS:
I like the house. I could live in that (and have part of it set up as an operating mint).
But I'd never buy or build anything like that on credit.
