Hi All,

I am very happy with my results. It looks like a total of 22 PSA 9s, 4 PSA 10s and 6 PSA 8s. I honestly can say however, that I have never been more confused. I barely looked at these cards as compared to a sub I received back two weeks ago. Same years - 1977 OPC - and I got hammered on those grades. That sub contained 1/3 each of PSA 7s, PSA 8s and PSA 9s. I'm not new to this dance - I've graded some of the toughest OPC, Parkie and Topss sets going. And yes, I do use a loop on all my cards. Don't get me wrong, very happy with this sub but I'm left thinking did I just get smart overnight?

Lastly, a huge thank you to Gumbyfan for putting this together. I know when I send in my sub it is a painful undertaking.

Pretty excited about the Wilkins and the Bird. The Wilkins psa 9 was a throw in on a group I bought raw at the show for $20 total which included some Fleer commons and the Johnson and the Thomas.

It's remarkable how the 75 Mini grades turned out. All the cards that I scanned and posted from the group rip came back with grades. All the cards that board member "Hammered" had previously subbed came back Min Size. Link to Matts sub back in May. Thanks for the mini's Matt. Wish I could have gotten a few into slabs.

Overall, not too bad. The '77 football cards are from Rob (Pokerbot). We piggybacked this sub together. My 15 cards had 4 10's and 6 9's, so it could've been worse. Most of it was Reds stuff for my personal collection. Obviously missed a surface wrinkle on the Seaver game used card. The Griffey auto was a crack out that was an 8 before, but bugged me because it was holdered the wrong way. Nice to get a 1/2 point bump on the card, and hopefully it'll come back to me holdered in the right direction. The Byron Nelson and Greg Maddux game used cards that are coming back as 10's are cards I pulled that I always thought were cool, but I haven't much a desire to keep them. Look for them to show up in a giveaway soon.

VERY happy with all my grades. The only one that kind of shocks me is the Alex Gordon PSA 8 as it was at one time in a PSA 9 holder. I wasn't looking for a bump just to reholder it. Oh well.

Not bad overall. The McHale VCP avg. is $395. Checklist is $186 and Williams $133. These were just some cards I pulled from my sets, I sent about 20 more in a sub with the lsu man.

Pretty satisfied with my grades as this is my first submission. The Tittle and Staubach are cards from my collecting days as a teen so I was probably biased when reviewing them but really thought the Tittle deserved a better grade. I think I'll try the resubmit game on that one. I got the Stop N' Go set off ebay for a steal. The cards looked untouched and all had the factory curve to them.

Hi Tom,

I finally received the 3rd part of the group sub on Tuesday of this week. I haven't had much free time lately, but am leaving work shortly to go home and finish up getting the packages from group 2 in the mail. Then I'm going to move on to sorting the cards from group 3 later this evening.

I have your cards from the first part of the order that popped set aside, awaiting the rest of your order since one of the splits they made between sections of the order happened in the middle of your cards. The rest of your cards are in the package I received from PSA on Tuesday, so once I get all those sorted, I'll be in touch about return shipping costs.

I'm pretty sure Craig got the last of part 3 sorted and shipped about a week and a half ago. I'm sure all of us from part 3 will be happy to see our mailman very soon!

The package from group 3 arrived today - FINALLY! I've been leaving work early every day since last week Monday and it finally showed up today. I'm at my parents' place right now but am just about to leave. I'm going to start going through the order when I get home.

I got my Group 3 cards Saturday - he PM'd me with a Paypal amount to cover shipping, so if you haven't heard anything I guess I would PM him for an update. It took him a while to put the cards together by CU member I believe since they came in out of order.

Wanted to say thanks for running this group submission. I just received my cards back today. Haven't had time to scan then yet, but I added the ones that have a spot in my Chris Webber set registry. Only missing 7 cards in the basic set now.

Hi everyone...sorry I've been MIA since the middle of last week. I've been up to my ears in busy, so I haven't had much time to log onto the boards.

The package for the last part of the group sub arrived today, but I'm putting the wraps on the 3rd part. I'm going to be sending PMs to everyone in the 3rd part once I read the 8 PMs that are waiting for me. Once that's done, I need to get some sleep. I'll be getting started on the 4th part tomorrow, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

From glancing at the last couple of pages, there may have been a bit of confusion. Nothing from the 3rd package I received from PSA has shipped out yet. Everything from the first two parts that I've received back has shipped out. I am hoping to put a pretty little bow on this group submission by this time next week...again...barring any unforeseen circumstances.
