<< <i>Nice card, you are getting a lot of nice additions lately! How many Mays rookies do you have now?
Mike >>
THanks Mike and this month should be my biggest month of the year if everything goes right. Right now I have a couple Mays' with my only altered (trimmed) one on ebay along with an Aaron.
-Dan >>
What all have you got coming in this month? You can't tease me like that
Mike >>
Thanks Mike for helping me break the century mark on this thread And congrats on passing the 800 mark!! Its legendary what you've done in just over a year!
For the upcoming month, I'm a little superstitious so I don't wanna give anything out and risk have any of these deals fall through, don't worry though, its definitely worth the wait
Just got all these today at the ECN. ALL these guys were very very nice and they all looked me in the eye when talking to me and were telling me stories, like when I showed Dave Parker my 8x10 he was telling me how he used to supply the team with wristbands as that was his business, overall an awesome day! Can't wait for tommorow!
You got some real nice additions! Thanks for sharing and ENJOY!
STAY HEALTHY!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Hey Mike, no Nature Boy as money is kinda tight and I really wanted to just focus on baseball right now, but I do plan on getting him eventually on his RC, but that probably won't happen until a few years, Dan
Dan ... real nice additions! Keep those pictures coming!

Doug and Mike- Thank You! I'm now waiting for Dr. J to sign so I can complete the card Mike- I live in Ct so yeah, i'm a little closer than you are lol!
Awesome collection, now I know another one of the people who's always out bidding me on ebay If you are ever looking to trade/sell an Aaron, Mays, or Musial let me know. Oh, and if you ever have any extra pre 1940 stuff let me know!
Great Stuff Dan! I was wondering...did you see that Aaron is signing at Last Licks on the 26th of this month? A good chance to get him. He is charging 160 for small flats. I have this same project going and down to only Aaron and Banks. I'll be heading down there to get my Aaron done for sure! Now I have to hope that Banks does something in NY or MA because I would rather not be sending the card through the mail
nezara-Thanks Man! i don't have too many extra pre-1940 auto's just feller and a common 1940 playball.I might be looking to move a Mays or Aaron,PM me.
yankeeno7- Yeah I'm unfortunately gonna have to pass on the Aaron signing this time around, I just don't have the money for it. Hopefully prices stay the same for the next time he signs, which should be around next June. I'm with you on the Banks, I'm just gonna wait until he signs somewhere around CT.
I've been contacting WG Authentic for the past 2 years waiting for their mail-in orders...can you give me more details on how you sent your card? I'd really like to get a "To Patrick, Wayne Gretzky Puck"

Mullins,
They just had a send-in signing in September. If I remember correctly, it was around $190 or so for a card, i don't recall how much pucks were. The signing is over though. I'll let you know if I hear of another one through them,
Mike-Close, cards were $200 Mullins- I actually contacted WG Auth. back in May asking if they were gonna have a signing with Wayne and they just told me to keep checking their site and sure enough in July it was announced that there would be a signing in September. It was the 1st time since 2006 since they had a signing with him. You'd have to wait for the next signing.
Is that the one from the auction months ago that sold at what I considered to be an awesome price. I couldn't find the auction in time to bid on it myself despite asking countless people where it was.

Mike- I don't know which auction it was purchased from (although I think it is the one your thinking of), I bought it off a fellow member, also for an awesome price
<< <i>Got these in recently from a scn member's personal signing a month ago
and finished this bad boy!

Nice cards Dan, I was hoping you were one of the ones that got the full name Julius Erving version like I did on your 80/81. Somebody got unlucky and got the "Dr. J" version according to Scott, but I'm not sure who it was yet. His mom did a great job keeping our cards safe!!
Those are two AWESOME looking cards. CONGRATS! Dr. J brings back a LOT of memories ... lived down the block from the Nassau Coliseum where the NEW YORK NETS played when I was a kid ... watched THE DR perform his STUFF in person every week!

Thanks Doug! I'm VERY happy to have this rather tough auto added to my collection
Mike- Yeah it was my brothers Bird/Magic/Erving that got the "Dr. J" sig. and DR.J's finger print through the auto as well! I'm heading down to NYC this afternoon to finish the card with Magic's auto!
Nice LeBeau ... he is a good signer. Received mine back in ONE WEEK!
