I talked to a guy today who I was told had some silver coins he was selling. I asked him about them and he told me that he took them to a local pawn shop yesterday and sold them. I asked him what they were, and he told me that they were Peace, Morgan, and SAE's. He directed me to the Pawn Shop, so I stopped by there to check the coins out. I ended up buying all 15 of the coins that the guy had for $14 each, including tax. He also took my number and told me he would keep an eye out for any more silver coins, and he will call me if he gets any. I am not sure, because I am new to this, but I think I did pretty well. Can you guys tell me if I did ok, or if I made a mistake here?? Thanks in advance. Pardon my horrible picture please. My pic-fu is very weak.

Out of every hundred men, ten shouldn't even be there, eighty are just targets, nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the one, one is a warrior and he will bring the others back.--Heraclitus, 5 B.C.

<< <i>Eagles for $14 with no shipping is pretty good man. >>
Yeah. $14 is cheap. I paid 16.50 last week for the new SE.
<< <i>That Binion Dollar is worth at least twice what you paid. >>
That is the 1880 Morgan.
<< <i>Always nice to see someone get a good deal from a Pawn Shop (rare) they probably gave the seller $5 each knowing how pawn shops rip everyone off ! >>
I agree, if you were able to get those coins for $14 they probably paid $5-$7 a piece for them. Next time make sure he sells to you so you can pay him $5 a piece.
