I am curious how many different types of bar they made.

They made quite a few. I've only got the boring stuff though...1oz'ers, 5oz'ers and 10oz'ers. Coolest one I've seen lately was a stamped 1/2 Kilo JM bar on eBay recently.
  • here is a kilo... would not mind one of these in gold either image

Nice! Those poured bars are my favourite. Never seen a half kilo, though.
5 and 10 oz in the poured, those are also hard to find.
  • I have a 1/2 Kilo and many others. I'll post pics later on of my JM bars

Here's the picture from the 1/2 Kilo that sold recently on eBay. Sold for $24.63 an ounce when you add the shipping to the hammer price. No, I wasn't the one that won it...I was one of the underbidders.

  • I'll picture them tomorrow MK. Just picked up the 2 oz tonight. I didn't even know it existed until gecko showed me his. Said he has only seen 2 of them in 10 years. I told him since you said that one would be listed on ebay within the next week or two and sure enough it was there tonight. It sat there for 3 days surprisingly @ $50 or best offer and no takers. I snatched it up tho. Thanks to Gecko for showing that!

That 500 gram bar would look so cool next to the 1/2 Kilo bar. Same exact weight, I wonder if the dimensions are the same.

Cars, I've seen the 500 grammer on ebay, if I'm correct, it goes for A LOT when I saw it. I think it also comes in a felt box or something.

Now I think Gecko only collects little bars, but Cars, this may interest you. Did you know there is a 5 oz JM round? I saw it online and saved the picture.

  • I can honestly say this may be one of the rarest JM bars ever produced. JM gold in 1 gram, 2.5 gram, and 5 gram are easily obtainable. But when was the last time you saw one of these?

I'm really digging the JMC bars, they are the coolest silver bars.
