Albert Pujols Bowman Chrome (mnmiracle2004)

I am posting this message for anyone who read the Pujols Bowman chrome post that was maliciously written against me.

Mr. Stanthemanmusial,

I was recently notified by a couple other collector/dealer friends of the messages you are posting about me regarding an Albert Pujols Bowman Chrome and a past deal we may have had. You do not know the facts about this card or how I received it so I would appreciate you not trying to slander my reputation. If I have somehow done you wrong in the past, or as you say a bait and switch tactic please contact me directly and refresh my memory. If I have I apoligize and I will try to make it right to you. You can contact me through the ebay ask seller a question. I would at least like to know what you are talking about or what I have done to you as I try to sell high quality items and make every transaction pleasant.

As for the Pujols card. You do not have your facts even close to accurate. I purchased this card just this past weekend at a local show from a guy. There was no mention of it being trimmed or altered. I measured the card up and compared it to other cards and it measures up perfectly so I went ahead and purchased it. I was then notified from an ebay user after I listed it on ebay that it was trimmed and to look at a completed ebay auction. I seen it was the same serial # card I just purchased from this guy and psa has labeled it as: "doesn't meet the size requirement". I assume he just purchased it on ebay. I am not sure why that is but like I said I measured it and it measures up and actually is larger then normal. Maybe they wouldn't grade it because it was cut too large. that doesnt mean it was altered. I do not do alot of grading and do not know the specifics of there standards. I would assume if it was trimmed they would have mentioned that...If I had just purchased it on ebay and knew for a fact it was trimmed do you really think I would have tried to repost it a few days later and actually provided a scan of the back for people to compare serial #s and hurt my reputation. I am not that unintelligent and I would not do that to my reputation. I try to make every transaction smooth and only collect/buy/sell high quality items.

Again, I apologize for any wrong I may have done to you. I honestly don't know what I could have done to you that made you upset but please let me know and if you want to me somehow make it right please let me know.

And Mr. Gonblott, I apologize to you if you did not like my price of $6500 on the very nice PSA 10 (BGS reviewed) Jordan Fleer RC. I realize SMR is only $6100 but this card normally sells for $6000-7500 as I just sold 2 others for around the $7k price range. This one I feel is one of the nicest I have owned and that is my price. I was trying to give you my best price so I said $6500 directly through paypal or $6720 if you wanted to go through ebay. I guess I learned my lesson to not try to give my best price offline to people. I will not do that any more then. I never knew a seller was obligated to sell an item for any particular price. Last time I checked a seller can ask whatever price they want and if I buyer pays it then it is a legitimate transaction. Now, that does not mean a seller should take advantage of an uneducated buyer, but I do not think that was they case in any way on this item as the price was very reasonable for this item.

MNM, like I told you in an email, good luck with whatever you do with this card, if the person you purchased it from didn't disclose it's history, shame on them and I hope they'll refund your purchase price. Like I said, it would be nice if someone would simply slab this as authentic for you because I'm still a firm believer that card is trimmed; though the card has been deemed unslab-worthy, it's obviously still a valuable item to many folks.

"WOW, I apologize for the comments that I made, I was clearly in the wrong".

MB it is ok to apologize but you may or may not be clearly in the wrong.

Hmmm I don't know, I'd like to hear the other side of the story still.

Right now we have the accusation and the reply, I want to hear the rebuttal before I make
    my final determination.

Tim is not one to make wild accusations regardless of how confused he often is.

Also, the proposed sale off ebay was at the least a tad shady. If communication is through ebay
the sale should be too. That would be like going into a card store and buying a card from a
customer for more then he card store owner was willing to pay. I know ebay is evil but at the same time
    rules are rules.

  • Well, I must say that I will not play play along with this big game that some want to see. This board has a certain pack of people who love to see this stuff fester, and I simply will not give you all what you want(a big drawn out soap opera).

I will say that I will address Ryan(mnmiracle) off of this forum about the issue, when I get a chance to sit down and hash out my issues with him, including this alleged card show he bought the card at over the Christmas weekend. image I simple will not burn some bridges that helped me with some info pertaining to this deal.

As for the folks who live on here night and day, and love to see drama with certain folks that are your enemies, I suggest you guys find a purpose in life other than live on this board.

Perhaps I could have questioned/confronted mnmiracle in private(probably best to have went that route), rather than post the auctions, but if nothing else it might save someone from getting burned on this card in the future.

My haters will say what they will, but I can say that mnmiracle's own email and words do show that he is willing to fraud/cheat Ebay to make a couple of bucks. As storm said; <<Sellers who do that kind of carp WILL screw their buyers, too.>>

This will be the last I have to say about the issue on this forum. Flame, bash, or whatever. It's not like some of us are buddies to begin with, so it will not change anything either way.

  • Stantheman likes to voice his opinions knowing that they will start controversy and then run away. It also doesn't help that he is too stubborn to admit when he is wrong. If these boards were my life image I could post about 30 threads on here where he was proven wrong from numerous sources but still insisted that he was right and the entire world was wrong. I think he is a Scientologist and believes earth was seeded by aliens.

"...I purchased this card just this past weekend at a local show from a guy..."

    ////////////

    That is a little weak.

NOT saying it's not true; just saying it's weak, coming from a stranger.

OTOH, Stan's refusal to reveal the connection between the "original" buyer's ID
and the subject seller's ID, is also weak. I cannot figure how that revelation
would "burn" the source. MAYBE it would, but I cannot figure out how.

    I dunno.

This guy did not disclose the nature of this card, but did he know it before selling to miraclemile? Its time to do some tracking....

I remember an old nursery rhyme about Corporal Tim that almost foots the bill ....

    Corporal Tim
    Was dressed so trim,
    He thought them all afraid of him;
    But sad to say,
    The very first day,
    We had a fight,
    He died of fright,
And that was the end of Corporal Tim.

    Who is

    mn-sportscards

    ??????????

    mn-sportscards ( 18) 2 months MN, United States

That ID appears to be the purchaser of the card from

    bbcardstor

    on 12-28-08.

    //////////////////////

The card's next appearance on EBAY appears to have been listed by

    mnmiracle2004 ( 1411) 4 years 7 months MN, United States

    //////////////////////////////////////////

The "mn" could EASILY be coincidental, obviously.

    I dunno.

  • Ok, here you go:

    mn-sportscards is Ryan Hank

    mnmiracle2004 is Ryan Hank

Ryan Hank does sell real estate. He also lives in MN.

Ryan Hank did list the Pujols card and he did lie about it on here. I DID NOT. I TOLD THE TRUTH.

    Look at this:

    mnmiracle's auctions

    Busted

Now go look at the cards mnmiracle has listed. I will not tell the name of the person who gave me the info, but I will say some on here owe me an apology. I was telling the truth from the start.

  • << <i>Hmmmm - the next twist has turned. Just read this whole thread, interesting. >>

Not sure how there can be anymore twists in this. I slammed the door on Ryan Hank and his lies, by posting the proof that he is one in the same guy. He clearly knew the card was rejected by PSA when he bought it under one of his Ebay user names, and then lists it on another Ebay id he has and does not mention the issues that he very clearly knew about. Then, he comes here and bold face lies with a sincere looking reply, and some folks bought it hook, line, and sinker.. Bottom line, he has been proven to be lying about the whole matter.

  • << <i>No one owes you anything. If anything, it is YOU that owes the forum an apology.

    Steve >>

Of course, Steve. What do I apologize for? You mean for telling the truth, and saying mnmiracle is a shady seller(which in my opinion he is based on his actions)?

When you man up and can admit your were wrong, then I might listen. Until then, I just know that pride is stopping some of you guys from apologizing for saying nasty things about me that were wrong and uncalled for.

Admit I was wrong? about what? You bailed when confronted.

What exactly do you think happened here? What revision are you trying to make.

I'll be very clear here so even you have to understand.

You outed someone, they came here and confronted you about it. Instead of manning up at that time and disclosing
the proof you said you had you bailed out. If anyone is FOS here it is you. Your very first post after being confronted
    says it all.

With that I'm done with this BS, everyone that followed this drama knows what happened, when it happened and how it happened.

I will say this though, for a guy that didn't want any drama you sure as hell created a ton of it.

    Steve
    Good for you.
