LOL - I was complaining about $300-400 price for 1988-89 Fleer Wax back in 2009. Steve's Buy price is $800 now. Interesting, sets on ebay still selling for $40-50, but wax boxes selling for 3 times as much.

This thread is classic and you get two for the price of one although Lee did his best to keep it on point.

The only person that cared about your 88 Fleer boxes is gecko and he's long gone. This thread isn't about you. It's about someone else acting like a complete moron. Why are you trying to steal his thunder?

I had tears in my eyes after reading this.

The classics never die. If Lee were still here, and saw this thread revived, I'm sure he would want to DHBII.

If only I had kept all my unopened packs from the date this thread began. 😢.

It had to have been an accident that the MJ card was mixed in. Simple mistake. >:)

Did Allen ever get his Ted Williams pack? lol

I was curious to see if the OP posted here again after this. He did. His last thread was rather amusing and should be considered Part 2 to this thread.

That's a bold statement. Great thread but back in day we had so many. I think since it was more lenient we could get away with more BS/FUN!
