Grade the Endroll toned Morgan! And which pics are better?

I have to take a pic of the reverse, but its pretty clean. So just based on the obverse, what do you think it grades?

Also, which picture do you like better? Both do correctly represent the coin.

Remove the glare from the upper quadrant of #1 and I like it better (doesn't show the scratches on the slab as much but still appears to show the luster/toning fine).
Nice looking coin. Thinking that the cheek mark doesn't show as much, inhand, I am thinking MS65 as long as those aren't rub marks in her hair and is just the glare of the light.
