I sure hope the Tide win the BCS championship game ( and beat Fla in the SEC). It would take some of the sting out of the country A--Whipping you gave us this year. Oh well, Music City Bowl here we come ... Go Dawgs !!!!!
I have nothing against the Tide or the Dawgs, but I'm a Florida fan, and I also hope Tebow wins the Heisman for his 3rd consecutive year. His style has changed slightly this year when compared to the previous two, but that only shows his versatility and ability to adapt. I think he deserves it! He should be a top pick in the NFL draft, sort of like a Brett Favre with a good arm, but bigger, stronger and capable of running with the ball and taking hits from linebackers without fear. In the NFL, if he gets in the open, it will be the defensive secondaries who will have to worry.
Not to change the subject, but as I watched the UF/FSU game yesterday, I felt a bit of empathy for the FSU player, Rolle. He was named a Rhodes Scholar, and wants to become a surgeon. Unfortunately, he will have a hard decision to make next year. If he chooses to accept the scholarship, he must attend for the 2009 academic year and won't be able to play for FSU. That won't be an easy decision to make.
Saban has worked wonders... I have to say I really felt bad for the Auburn FG kicker... he nailed the first FG of his career which was 40 yards and apparently before the snap Alabama called a time out and it was then blocked the second time

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set: 1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S. Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!

Sorry, my mistake! Wishful thinking, I guess. Will this make up for it?

“We are only their care-takers,” he posed, “if we take good care of them, then centuries from now they may still be here … ”
