it was gold scrap RR. I got into the wifes jewelery box and got her broken chains and old rings.
I got a little over $800.00 for 4 rings and 6 old chains.
Just wait till she finds my ASEs and Morgans.LOL
Not bad for the day I guess.

Scrap gold is probably the only gold not bringing spot in this environment. So if you got close to it, you did ok.

that hasppened to me with silver 100+ silver dollars i bought for 5$ each amd sold em asll before they went thru the roof,i suck

i still have 5 5 troy pound bar though,i liked it
and a few platinum coins
