Question: Does this mean to sit on what you have, but don't spend now to buy more?
Dennis,

We are buying coins, but we are not using credit card debt to do so!!!!!!!!!!!!

David:
Taking on credit card debt has never been part of my buying strategy either, and I agree wholeheartedly with your position. Personally, I think some bargains are going to open up in my modest shopping level in the coin market as this meltdown plays out, which is where I hope your advice to stay liquid is going to come in handy.

I would agree with the above statement, however, if you are in a position to pay off your credit card balance monthly & not incur finance charges, then by all means charge it. That's 30+ more days of interest that you are earning on your checking account + my card issues a 1% credit on all purchases made, the following month.
