I think 40-45 is about right. I think it has lustre, and based upon the uneven strike characteristics, I think 45 is possible. Now for the negatives... the coin fails to get the coinkat original surfaces designation and that likely keeps the coin at a 40 grade.

Likely 40 based on what looks like luster, but not better than 40, and no worse than 35.

I can not find the reverse pic, but it was correctly graded.
I see your coin Mike and I price it in my head and the number, 35 or 40 is secondary.
Besides, as we have seen over and over, give it a half dozen years and the bar goes up or down on what grades a 35 vs a 40 anyway.
i'd have to go with 35-40.
