Just got laid off ( not a bad thing ) post a glowing Franklin

Just got laid off this job after working the night shift 18 days straight 12 hours days, headed up to Vermont Monday to start working. Post a nuclear toned Franklin or any glowing coin. For now I'm chilling in New York for a few days.

    Dan,
I don't have any nuclear Franklins but enjoy your time off. Our outage starts in 2 weeks. --Jerry
  • Jerry. They are still working me trying to get me to come out but I have decided to stay on the east coast this year. I should be there next year.

I hope to have a little time to enjoy the state but with this job it's work and sleep. I don't report in till the 13th so I'm still deciding what to do till then headed to Jersey to see the son Monday and may leave a few days early to get up there and enjoy the state.

I should imagine you'll enjoy this.

And it's a great time of year to head up that way.

    Good luck.

That's a coin I would love to have --- as far as the job part I have a job but we only work a site for 5 weeks or so before we get laid off and head out to the next job site. This is the perfect job ( if you dont mind working 72 to 84 hours a week ) as I'm off 5 months a year and get to travel the country.

Well, I'm about a week into our outage. And if you want to talk about big containments, ours are about 170 feet tall. Now, your talking bout bigguns!

Yes, San Onofre is sometimes refered to as the Dolly Parton Monument...they are tall enough that we have to have red lights flashing ont the ni...er...extremities.

Coindudeonebay, what plant are you referring to? I've been to about 1/3 of them. --Jerry

It wasn't necessarily a bad thing for me when I got laid off, either, though it caused me a little concern at first.

Of course my severance checks should be running out just about... now, so ask me how I feel in a month or two. image

Glowing coins... glowing coins... hmmm... let's see...
