just received this today and thought i'd give it a spin with the Red Sox Nation.....i'm sticker freak and when i saw this rare Yaz test issue, it was one of those "Gotta have it" moments.
Kevin, Again, amazing stuff! The gamers are amazing of course, but I love the oddball stuff you show in thread after thread. Just an awesome collection!

The pictures of Fenway are of my 2 daughters. My oldest, ALexandra, broke her leg when she slid into a stationary base during a softball tourny in '06. My sister knows Larry Lucchino and we were able to get tix to the game and a private tour of Fenway before hand. The girls also got to say "play ball" before the game. Larry and I had never met so when he walked by I told him who my sis was. He stopped and I asked him if I could take a pic of his '04 Championship ring. He said--"one better" and he took it off and let me put it on for the pictures. What a thrill to see my girls on hallowed ground and to get to wear a championship ring!
The other pics are of some Yaz or Sox stuff that I have. Hope you all enjoy--Go Sox!!

1969 Yaz Transogram Complete Box
Circa 1963 or so spring training...look at the intensity of Ted as he explains hitting to a young Yaz
Korean War...great shot of Ted--one of my favorites
'74 Yaz puzzle
'68 Action All Star Stickers--great item when intact!
Yaz is my favorite but I recently picked up this 78 Evans.
I'm 43 and still play baseball (In a Milwaukee 28 and over league). I play CF and still throw fairly hard. I think of Evans often when I'm playing. (But I still wear #8)
