Here is a 61 I bought yesterday from the same lady.....180 Degree rotation.looks like it was D/S around the denicles, also the clash of RTY to the lower left of "1" is doubled.
The coin in the OP looks anywhere between AU58-MS62. The luster looks good in areas but can't tell if it is subdued in other areas or if it is the photo hiding it.
Looks like a 62 to me based on the pics. I love Civil War gold. History in your hands.
