Let's get ONE thing straight. I am no thief. I've never stolen a thing from anyone in my life and I've never had 1 bad trade. Ever. And I have no intention on leaving, despite you.
He's right, I'm am wrong. I shouldn't have lied and had no reason to. It was a mistake.
Was I banned from here? I seriously never knew. I was in the Army when I was on here before. I re-enlisted shortly after 9/11 and now getting out after being wounded my last tour. The past 2 1/2 years have been a blur. Not an excuse.
Explanation for why I've been banned on other boards? My mouth and temper. Always got me into trouble. I've since seen alot and learned to control myself. I've NEVER been banned for stealing or bad trades or anything of the sort.
So, I offer my apologies to you all, especially to those who took up for me. I lied, I admit that and I am sorry. I know it won't be easy to gain people's trust after lying and that's my own fault. But like I said I am not a thief so let's not start making things up. I used to be the biggest tough guy/a** around and burned alot of bridges with my attitude and that is why I lied and didn't want to admit to being the person I was a few years ago. I don't have that same temper and don't like to argue anymore.
Hopefully. in time everyone can forgive me for lying. I really am trying to start fresh and be a kinder, nicer person.

Now that Jay has let his cat loose, I can report that he has been a reliable EBAYer. Several sometime members of this board have sold him stuff - under his numerous IDs - over the years. All of my transactions with him were satisfactory.
I did not know until I read this thread today that Jay was back. (I did not pickup on his identity from his initial "hello thread.")
I am not "outting a customer;" just saying that he has never given me any grief with dishonest EBAY transactions. From my experience with him, he is not likely "a thief." Perhaps, as PA once noted, just "interesting."

I agree. I edited this thread, moved it to the BST board. I also made note that I will send first on trades. I'll take the risk of getting ripped in order to show that I am not a thief.

Thank you. My family was the reason for the change, amongst other things (health, stress, burning bridges etc). I am much happier now than I have ever been.

In all seriousness Jay, it will be tough to re-establish yourself here after continuously telling lies throughout this thread and then only coming clean when there was an avalanche of evidence. Hopefully you will grow from this experience and become a good contributor. Ultimately this board is here for a hobby which we all enjoy, so lets get back to the hobby!
