86/87 Fleer set pickup....

I bought a raw set off ebay from a guy who had it since the 90s. Luckily he was telling the truth as the Jordan was legit and the set was NM-MT overall with a few exceptions (Malone and Olajuwon unfortunately). The Jordan looks like a solid 8-8.5 and I originally thought the sticker was a solid 9 with a shot at a 10......
..... until I saw this on the top left corner on the back:
I think this was damage done by having the card stored in a brick screwdown with the screws too tight. The Malone has the same thing on the bottom 2 corners of the front. Does this automatically knock the Jordan sticker down to a 7?
And here's the strange part- the common cards were stored in a binder since the 90s, and in the front pocket of the inside of the binder I found this:
Ummmmm, did I just buy Reggie Jackson's 86-87 Fleer set?

Mike- I'm pretty good on 86-87 Fleer for now, but thanks for the offer.
As for the Reggie part, the seller remained fairly anonymous (no return address on the box, no name or address on ebay), but is from Tennessee, so I can't imagine it's actually Reggie because I can't see him living there (or needing $800). But then again, he did end up selling an autographed memorabilia collection totalling $20,000, so you never know.
so you got my set? i'm gonna want that back.....
