New Seated Half. Doubling on the stars common?

I just bought this and really want it to be AU ... but most likely it fits XF 45 better. Any thoughts?
Also, There's doubling all along the left side stars. (visible in the last photo) Is this common?

<< <i>No comment on the stars, but for a New Orleans issue, that sure has one helluva strike! >>
Late 1850's Seated Issues from the New Orleans Mint come more often with nice strikes like this. Not really common, but not as diffucult to find as other New Orleans issues.

Besides strike doubling, recutting gives the impression of doubling.
It's also not uncommon to see "halo doubling" on seated halves where for instance the entire eagle looks to have a second outline to it.
More interesting 1858 varieties include remants of the date logotype showing up in the base of the rock.

Thanks for all the replies. I looked for the hidden date under the rock, no such luck.
