<< <i> I've been in and out of work all week but I'm starting to feel a bit better. It started with fever, major aches and pains now it's a really deep chest cough.
Nice packing job, I thought I'd have to fold all the seats down in my Trailblazer to get the box home!! Not to worry you more but it did take me two tries to find the GAE you left for Gary. Now where did I put it...........oh here it is.

I hope this stays away from me. I have the "deep chest cough" cause I smoke tooooo much. I really don't need the rest. It's only really important for Gary to find the GAE, and the rest not to throw it away (as extra packing material) Don't forget to put it back.
(edit to add) If Gary wants to OK swapping it out for other things, that's up to him. But if you ask to take it out, put in twice what it's worth.

(Old man) Look I had a lovely supper, and all I said to my wife was, “That piece of halibut was good enough for Jehovah”.
(Priest) BLASPHEMY he said it again, did you hear him?

Someone would have to offer me moon money for it. I recently sold ALL my Gold and highly regret doing it. This will be my first step getting back into it!

Well this being the case;
When this Tag is done, if you start a new one with RAW coins, or raw coins welcome. I have an older eagle we could talk about.
But fair warning, I would want some very nice silver for this gold.

<< A long ways from backwoods Louisiana...........>>
I can see where I'm either going to have to take a video with the cam corder or the digital (Yayyy - something else New to learn!) and give you boyz the guided tour!
Watch for it - Coming Soon!
Heck, when I figure out how to do it, I think I'll make several - from places you REALLY don't want to be when the Sun goes down - the REAL backwood Swamps. I got $500 says I can take you somewhere and YOU WON'T make it to Mid-nite!
Maybe make a few showing how people down at the levee live. Bro. you DON'T WANT there either after dark!
Come try if you like. Make it to midnite & the 5 is yours.
Heck, wait a few weeks till it's REALLY HOT and days are long. You'll only need to go from 9PM to 12:01 AM

I'll take you up on that offer in AUGUST and I want the 500 tangible funds- no paper, no numistatic valued stuff- strictly the silver stuff.
heheheh- I'm from Chicago, lived in Houston, and spent a few wet summers in a friggin southeast jungle - de bayou I can handle, and I'll add a scorcher in the aridzona desert....
can I bring a fishin pole to git a few o dem smallies in the swamp!

been a few years for me but I'm up to a bit of gatting.....been even longer since I caught my last gator at night as well.....
Bringin the dogs? I have a pair of blue ticks that'll chase anything down if you want to go jiggin, hell....I still have all my yo-yo's...
This is a very dumb ass thread. - Laura Sperber - Tuesday January 09, 2007 11:16 AM
Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.
Jigging is completely different than gigging. When we say "Croaker" here it can mean:
1- A crappie or small panfish
2- A BIG Bullfrog.
3- A Hundred Dollar bill.
4- Someone prone to "croak"! *********************************************************************************************
There are gators ... and there are GATORS here!
Those that know how can actually make a sound like baby gators and the BIG MAMAS will come looking for you. DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE ONE YOU SEE - WATCH OUT FOR THAT BIG UN YOU DON'T SEE, THAT CAN BE ON YOU REAL QUICK-LIKE!
When running AWAY - BE SURE TO WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING! You DON'T WANT to run into "something" unexpectedly (like a tree/ a fallen limb or WORSE!)
GATORS can cover a lot of ground REALLY FAST! DON'T FALL!!
If you DO fall, pray that you don't fall into a Den of SNAKES! Cottonmouths are NOT fun or Friendly!
There are snakes here that are big around as SOME men's Forearms. The ones that have the unmistakable Spear-like shaped heads - AVOID at ALL cost!
A strong steel Machete can be your Best Friend! Go into the type places I refer to and you WILL NEED ONE! Oh, and it's best that you sharpen it up really well too.
Most people are familiar with Rubber Boots. These need be the kind that cover your calves! The way to your Destination WILL REQUIRE "Waders". You all DO know what Waders are, right?
They are basically Rubber Suits that come up as high as your chest.
Down here there is a type of Mud known as Blackjack. Step in it and you're in for BIGTIME Trouble!
It pulls you down like Quicksand and creates a suction. Some people were on the verge of having their spines snapped as rescuers tried to free them! Once a person gets past a certain point, there IS NO pulling them out!
My friend from childhood sank into Blacjack once - all the way to his neck! Ever heard a MAN scream in Panic?? They stabilized him by extending the ladder horizontally, tied him to it and got him out by digging AROUND him with backhoes!
The suction was sooo great that he was never going to come out in any other fashion!
Delta Mud can be VERY hazardous!
This IS The Sportman's Paradise! Some Old Johnny Weismuller, "Tarzan" Movies were shot here in sections of The Atchafalaya Swamp. The Atchafalaya Basin is HUGE.
Some folks have gone for a boat ride under the pretenses of a fishin trip & were NEVER seen again - EVER! Beware of invitations to go fishin' - be aware of who's asking!!
Same can be said for "hunting accidents" .... "Dirty Deeds - done dirt cheap!" No one seems to "investigate" hunting accidents very much. They're accepted at "Face Value."
Mosquitoes are horrendous & are associated with all sorts of niceties like Malaria etc - NOWADAYS there seems to be The West Nile Virus. Watch for dead birds!
La. - Home, Sweet Home! It's actually fun to endure what our Ancestors went thru by camping out in the Swamps.
A nice "Houseboat" out in the middle of "The Swamp" is IDEAL.
No one goes out looking for people that "live" out there.
<< <i>Box in hand, all accounted for. PM sent to TC.

<< <i>NO, you did not however my listings for one week along with unsolicited donations made by but a handful of good people here DID bring in the following amount.
Note the date of the check, to whom it is made out and in whose Names it was donated. Obviously by the time these funds were received and presented, Christmas had already come & gone. As such, having to present this in the form of a motion, the need to be seconded and carried would have required all the above to have taken place no later than November.
Basically, what I am telling you is that I gave the funds beforehand so that the food baskets and gifts for the needy could be purchased and distributed by the Council BEFORE Christmas. Gosh, I am such a horrible person!
These funds are in place for the upcoming year along with whatever I can manage to throw in from now to then. Having Peace of Mind and no distractions or anyone pilfering me everytime I left Home, because the Divorce had been finalized effective 11-15-06 AND because with it I gave her what used to be our Home ( is once again on the Market BTW - because I am glad to say that her abusive, dope dealing Boyfriend is no longer in the picture and is going to be in Jail for a very long time) - due to circumstances involving their "indiscretions" and irresponsibilities. I'm a patient man and what happened IS very real - ALL OF IT!
You all have Free Will and may choose to believe whatever you care to believe however facts are facts.
Regardless, here is the actual check - proceeds raised by a few good people giving either money or goods to be auctioned - in place for next year, with last year already having been taken care of by that no good SOB- BOOM!

I've been in and out of work all week but I'm starting to feel a bit better.
Millertime >>
I hope this stays away from me. I have the "deep chest cough" cause I smoke tooooo much. I really don't need the rest.
It's only really important for Gary to find the GAE, and the rest not to throw it away (as extra packing material)
Don't forget to put it back.
(edit to add) If Gary wants to OK swapping it out for other things, that's up to him. But if you ask to take it out, put in twice what it's worth.
Paul
(Priest) BLASPHEMY he said it again, did you hear him?

Someone would have to offer me moon money for it. I recently sold ALL my Gold and highly regret doing it. This will be my first step getting back into it!

Well this being the case;
When this Tag is done, if you start a new one with RAW coins, or raw coins welcome. I have an older eagle we could talk about.
But fair warning, I would want some very nice silver for this gold.

Sorry if I am behind the curve here, I haven't looked at the swaps/giveaways thread for a long time.
Great idea! Your swap looks cool I would be very interested in participating if you are still taking sign ups. Please let me know.
Again, my apologies for the 60 day brain fade.

BJD & BSTAT1020 - Y'all PUT something nice IN da Box, OK?
<< <i>Heyy!! Where's the Box?? >>
Its in CHICAGO, IL. A long ways from backwoods Louisiana...........

Gives a whole new meaning to "Fresh Meat."
<< <i><< A long ways from backwoods Louisiana...........>>

I like you too much as a friend. If one has a weak heart I strongly suggest not to try!
Silence so quiet that it's deafening ... your ears ring -
No wrist-watches that light up - no cigarette lighters allowed .... just YOU, the darkness
and things that go "Bump" in the Night. Discover the REAL Louisiana .... if you DARE!
The BOX has arrived in Chicago and BIGJOHND should get it either today or tomorrow.

been a few years for me but I'm up to a bit of gatting.....been even longer since I caught my last gator at night as well.....
Bringin the dogs? I have a pair of blue ticks that'll chase anything down if you want to go jiggin, hell....I still have all my yo-yo's...
Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.
Regards,
John
Jigging is completely different than gigging. When we say "Croaker" here
it can mean:
1- A crappie or small panfish
2- A BIG Bullfrog.
3- A Hundred Dollar bill.
4- Someone prone to "croak"!
*********************************************************************************************
There are gators ... and there are GATORS here!
Those that know how can actually make a sound like baby gators and the
BIG MAMAS will come looking for you. DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE ONE YOU SEE -
WATCH OUT FOR THAT BIG UN YOU DON'T SEE, THAT CAN BE ON YOU REAL QUICK-LIKE!
They stabilized him by extending the ladder horizontally,
tied him to it and got him out by digging AROUND him with backhoes!
The suction was sooo great that he was never going to come out in any other fashion!
Delta Mud can be VERY hazardous!
This IS The Sportman's Paradise! Some Old Johnny Weismuller, "Tarzan" Movies were shot here
in sections of The Atchafalaya Swamp. The Atchafalaya Basin is HUGE.
Some folks have gone for a boat ride under the pretenses of a fishin trip & were
NEVER seen again - EVER! Beware of invitations to go fishin' - be aware of who's asking!!
Same can be said for "hunting accidents" .... "Dirty Deeds - done dirt cheap!"
No one seems to "investigate" hunting accidents very much. They're accepted at "Face Value."
Mosquitoes are horrendous & are associated with all sorts of niceties like Malaria etc -
NOWADAYS there seems to be The West Nile Virus.
Edited to add something because I was too quick on the post trigger.

There MIGHT be some bad news for BSTAT1020, BOOM, and MORGANHUNTER2. I am thinking of calling the box home to fix a financial mess that I have found out about today. I will keep y'all posted as to what is going on.

Go make another stupid post on the CUCF!
>>
I was never an indian giver
BTW, that caps thing?
Edited to add the thing
