What is the latest with the box? It should be headed to the next person by now.
  • I have been pm'ing both parties and am negotiating as I can't let this box leave without 2 of the coins. But it will be on the road tomorrow (received it last thursday- 7 days max.).

Woah, wait a minute! MH2, I've got what you want, believe THAT, and umm, I think you need to lose that Death grip and send what I want this way. We need to go at it sub-terraneously. (Is that really a word?)

I was going to update the list. Now I don't have to.
Except to add that I'm also putting in a special "Thank You" bonus for Gary a 1999 $5 GAE. It will be in an air tight wrapped in bubble wrap between coins in one of the blue boxes. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY.

(Old man) Look I had a lovely supper, and all I said to my wife was, “That piece of halibut was good enough for Jehovah”.

(Priest) BLASPHEMY he said it again, did you hear him?
  • So,

I went to Staples back at the beginning of this thread. I asked for brown paper tape, of the type required for registered mail packages. The sales person gave me a roll of what appears to be brown paper tape, wrapped up for sale. This roll turns out to be like a paper reinforced plastic tape. NOT the fiberglass reinforced paper tape, the TAG box has on it. image

So I packed everything up in the original box. And will put the whole thing in the larger size box I got at the PO. I'll go get the right tape in the morning.

    Paul

    Edit to add:
Since this tape issue came up, and I will be picking up my new car in the morning. (08 VW Jetta) And I have to work tomorrow night. I will ship Friday morning, after work.

  • OK,

I now have a roll of the proper tape. I will be shipping it out to MillerTime first thing in the morning. I have to try to get some sleep before work.

  • I don't know why the Registered #s (posted as written on the receipt) are not working for tracking.

I'm glade I also used priority/delivery confirmation. And the DC #s are working on the tracking page.

Boy this package doesn't seem to be moving very fast. Still only showing "ACCEPTED", but then it was a holiday weekend.

I've been in and out of work all week but I'm starting to feel a bit better. It started with fever, major aches and pains now it's a really deep chest cough.

Nice packing job, I thought I'd have to fold all the seats down in my Trailblazer to get the box home!! image Not to worry you more but it did take me two tries to find the GAE you left for Gary. Now where did I put it...........oh here it is.
