This is a very dumb ass thread. - Laura Sperber - Tuesday January 09, 2007 11:16 AM
Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.
Man, you guys are gonna make me drop out if ya don't give us a shot at some decent coins.
I have some good ones to put in but that ain't gonna happen if there ain't $hit to choose from.
It's not right, I tell ya .... it just ain't right!
Umm - friends eh?
Woah, wait a minute! MH2, I've got what you want, believe THAT, and umm, I think you need to lose that Death grip and send what I want this way. We need to go at it sub-terraneously. (Is that really a word?)
I am extremely sick with the FLU. I just logged in today for the first time since monday to check my PMs and my box was flooded with them. Earl had PMed me tuesday nite and was ready to go wednesday....Oh yeah we have have come to an agreement and what to take and what to put into the box. I will update this later on IF I am feeling better, If not I will do it this weekend sometime.
Slipgate and I have come to an agreement on the TAG Box!

I was going to update the list. Now I don't have to. Except to add that I'm also putting in a special "Thank You" bonus for Gary a 1999 $5 GAE. It will be in an air tight wrapped in bubble wrap between coins in one of the blue boxes. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY.
Paul
(Old man) Look I had a lovely supper, and all I said to my wife was, “That piece of halibut was good enough for Jehovah”.
(Priest) BLASPHEMY he said it again, did you hear him?
I went to Staples back at the beginning of this thread. I asked for brown paper tape, of the type required for registered mail packages. The sales person gave me a roll of what appears to be brown paper tape, wrapped up for sale. This roll turns out to be like a paper reinforced plastic tape. NOT the fiberglass reinforced paper tape, the TAG box has on it.
So I packed everything up in the original box. And will put the whole thing in the larger size box I got at the PO. I'll go get the right tape in the morning.
Paul
Edit to add: Since this tape issue came up, and I will be picking up my new car in the morning. (08 VW Jetta) And I have to work tomorrow night. I will ship Friday morning, after work.

Thank you very much for this extra gift! I look forward to seeing it when the coin tag is over and the TAG Box gets back to me!

I hope it aint nothing as bad as I had....Man that was the pits.....When you bones hurt and you have no motivation to do anyhting because your body is sick.......
I'm glad the box got to you fine. I've never shipped anything of that kinda value befor, and I been kinda worried.
Now I'm relived, but sorry to see you've been sick. I hope you feel better real soon.
Paul >>
I've been in and out of work all week but I'm starting to feel a bit better. It started with fever, major aches and pains now it's a really deep chest cough.
Nice packing job, I thought I'd have to fold all the seats down in my Trailblazer to get the box home!! Not to worry you more but it did take me two tries to find the GAE you left for Gary. Now where did I put it...........oh here it is.

Paul
(Priest) BLASPHEMY he said it again, did you hear him?
I went to Staples back at the beginning of this thread. I asked for brown paper tape, of the type required for registered mail packages. The sales person gave me a roll of what appears to be brown paper tape, wrapped up for sale. This roll turns out to be like a paper reinforced plastic tape. NOT the fiberglass reinforced paper tape, the TAG box has on it.
So I packed everything up in the original box. And will put the whole thing in the larger size box I got at the PO. I'll go get the right tape in the morning.
Paul
Edit to add:
Since this tape issue came up, and I will be picking up my new car in the morning. (08 VW Jetta) And I have to work tomorrow night. I will ship Friday morning, after work.
(Priest) BLASPHEMY he said it again, did you hear him?
I now have a roll of the proper tape. I will be shipping it out to MillerTime first thing in the morning. I have to try to get some sleep before work.

I'm glade I also used priority/delivery confirmation. And the DC #s are working on the tracking page.
Boy this package doesn't seem to be moving very fast. Still only showing "ACCEPTED", but then it was a holiday weekend.
